UFPel professor collaborates on international book about Linguistics

Giovana Ferreira Gonçalves, a professor from the Graduate Program in Languages and Literature, in partnership with Professor Maria João Freitas from the University of Lisbon, has contributed to the chapter “Acquisition of Phonology” for the book “The Handbook of Portuguese Linguistics”, published by Wiley-Blackwell press.

The 600-page-book, written by renowned linguists from Brazil and Portugal, discusses phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic, and lexical aspects from the Brazilian and European Portuguese language.
