A CIAT dever\u00e1 ser preenchida pela chefia imediata do servidor da UFPel, v\u00edtima de acidente de trabalho, e encaminhada ao NSMT, que investigar\u00e1 as causas do acidente para propor medidas de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o\/redu\u00e7\u00e3o da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao risco.
