O conte\u00fado apresenta t\u00f3picos como lideran\u00e7a assertiva, resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas, f\u00e9rias, frequ\u00eancia, valida\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral e de equipe, procedimentos para reposi\u00e7\u00e3o e contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores, Programa de Gest\u00e3o e Desempenho (PGD), afastamentos, licen\u00e7as e desenvolvimento na carreira.<\/p>\n<p>Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00f3-reitora de Gest\u00e3o com Pessoas, Ta\u00eds Ullrich Fonseca, assumir a gest\u00e3o nas unidades e setores da UFPel \u00e9 mais do que um desafio t\u00e9cnico \u2013 \u00e9 um exerc\u00edcio di\u00e1rio de escuta, empatia, lideran\u00e7a e responsabilidade. \u201cAcreditamos que uma gest\u00e3o eficaz come\u00e7a pelo cuidado com as pessoas. A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, programada em nove m\u00f3dulos, busca contemplar temas que envolvem a lideran\u00e7a assertiva, perpassando por assuntos que v\u00e3o desde resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos, at\u00e9 atividades mais operacionais como homologa\u00e7\u00e3o de frequ\u00eancia e solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de vagas.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o, em sua quinta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 abordou \u201cGest\u00e3o com Pessoas\u201d e \u201cConversas com a Progep\u201d. As pr\u00f3ximas a\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o ofertadas ao longo do ano e ter\u00e3o os temas \u201cDi\u00e1logos sobre ass\u00e9dio\u201d, \u201cUFPel Antirrascista e letramento racial\u201d, \u201cBoas pr\u00e1ticas na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, \u201cLideran\u00e7a humanizada: construindo um espa\u00e7o acolhedor e Lideran\u00e7a Inclusiva: Diversidade, Equidade e Acessibilidade para Todos\/as\u201d, \u201cPlanejamento Estrat\u00e9gico\u201d, \u201cGest\u00e3o do SEI e Mapeamento de Processos\u201d e \u201cAuditoria, Comiss\u00e3o Pr\u00f3pria de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Comit\u00ea de Integridade e Ouvidoria\u201d.
